Fourth of July means the official start of summer to me. Nothing means summer more than ice cream. Ice cream is a huge vice. It is the one thing I really cannot turn down. We are so excited that today Skinny Cow is offering one Lucky Me reader a month's supply of free ice cream! Aren't these Strawberry Shortcake Sandwiches perfect for a bridal shower?

I agree - you can't beat ice cream in the summer. I think that the Chocolate Peanut Butter sandwiches would be at the top of my list.

I haven't ever tried Skinny Cow, but the French Vanilla Truffle bars look absolutely yummy. I think I might have to go out and try them this week.

OOOhhhhh...the Chocolate with Fudge cones are heaven!!! But I also adore the new Chocolate Truffle bars which are a bit lower points on Weight Watchers...sometimes you can splurge and have two! I heart Skinny Cow.
I always get the vanilla ice cream sandwiches.. but looking on the website, it seems there are way more flavours out there than I've ever seen! If I saw them in stores, I would totally get the strawberry shortcake or mint ice cream sandwiches!!
