Last but not least... Clary and her lovely family were recently featured on Bobbi and Mike's blog. I was immediately drawn into the beautiful weddings on Clary's blog. One of those weddings was Becky and Rich.

This lovely couple met the bride's on first  day of medical school. Bekcy and Rick planned long distance after the groom moved to Virginia after graduation. Ultimately, a black and white emerged from the overwhelming about of inspiration. It was perfect for their clean, simple wedding. 

From the bride..."I did know from the beginning that I wanted fun shoes."

Since both the bride and groom attended medical school, and the wedding took place at College Church on the campus of St. Louis University, and a yellow school bus seemed only fitting!

"The bridesmaids were asked to get a black dress of their choice and the men were going to wear a classic tux, but with real bow ties.  I found out later that the morning of the wedding they were using youtube to figure out how to tie them properly. "

The bride's favorite moment of the day - "...dancing with my husband at the end of the night to Queen's "Best Friend." The groom's - watching Becky walk down the aisle.

A piece of advice from the bride... "One of the best things we did was hire a day of coordinator. None of our families live in St. Louis and I did not want them flying across the country attending our wedding and then having to help us clean up after wards.  Our wedding coordintors took care of everything, they delivered out of town bags, set up and cleaned up the wedding."
